Refund policy

In Store:

Due to the nature of factory second/clearance items, all sales are final. If viewed in store, no refunds can be given. It is the customers responsibility to check the item/s over prior to purchase to ensure you are happy with the condition. 

Item doesn't fit: 

It is the customers responsibility to check the item fits into the property. No refunds will be given if an item doesn't fit into your property. A credit note may be issued for the value of the item (at a managers discretion only) and delivery must paid regardless for the attempt of delivery. 

 

Standard Return Policy For Online Purchases:

When an item that is boxed and new is purchased via our website, we offer a standard 14 day returns policy, starting from the day of delivery. The item must be in it's original packaging and the return costs are to be paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace this FOC unless we cannot replace, in which case a refund will be given. ***PLEASE SEE BELOW REGARDING CLEARANCE AND FACTORY SECOND ITEMS***

 

Online purchase of clearance/factory seconds: 

When purchasing online, you can reject the item upon delivery if not satisfied (Delivery fee's will still be charged.) You will be asked to check the item over on delivery to confirm satisfaction. Beyond this, a return will not be accepted. 

 

Bespoke Items:

Due to the nature of bespoke items, the item has been ordered/made to your personal specifications and due to this, refunds can never be given. Should the item arrive damaged, you must allow a reasonable time for us to rectify/replace the item. If this is not possible, a refund will be given.
